Industrial Downtown Condo

This industrial downtown loft was the ideal project to flex some creativity. The sheetrock on the ceilings and the cinder black walls was removed as well as a wall and wet bar in the entry that closed off the space completely. The result was a bright, open , and inviting space for the small 600 square feet of total living space
